Don't get us started on all of the things we love and hate about porn. The most simplistic way of saying it is this: our society is so shameful about its attitudes about sex that many people learn about sex, including fun things to do and safe ways to do them, by watching porn. It, therefore, plays an important role in our world. This is particularly true for men (gay and straight) because things like anal play - which is generally loved by most men regardless of their orientation - carries the most amount of shame.
