Folsom Street Fair is a bit more than a place to get naked. It is also a place to celebrate sexuality, in ALL its forms. It is most definitely NOT for those who are prudish about sex. The naked twister games are prone to turning into full-out orgies right in the middle of the streets, as the announcer calls out, "Left hand blue... unless you have a dick in your mouth."

With that caveat, it is also where some people opt to strip for the fair.
