Naked Yoga (Nagna Yoga)
If you are in or near the Twin Cities in Minnesota and are interested in experiencing yoga the way it was intended, this is your chance. Nagna yoga, or naked yoga, is the perfect way to celebrate the connection between body, mind and breath. Doing it with others adds another dimension to an already fulfilling practice.
Nagna Yoga is a traditional yoga practice done without clothing to help blend the joy and freedom of nudity with the body awareness of yoga. Nagna yoga is not a sexual experience, though it can certainly help generate healthy sexual energy in the body and mind. In this 75 minute class, we work to connect our bodies, minds and breath as we move through various yoga sequences that will strengthen and stretch our muscles, build balance and coordination, and calm the mind. It is appropriate for all levels of students, from beginners to very advanced.

Classes are held Monday evenings, beginning April 3, 2013, and are available to members of Naked Minnesota. There is a suggested donation of $10 per class.
Due to the small studio space, class size is very limited and advance registration is required.
Classes are held in the Cooper Neighborhood in South Minneapolis, near the intersection of Lake Street and the Mississippi River. Once registration is received, studio location details will be shared.
To reserve you space, simply send an email with the date you intend to participate.
